Our goal at Fierce Firearms is to provide responsive service to our great customers. We have a dedicated customer service representative and team of reps to coordinate your service needs. 

Before you jump on the forums or post wild complaint videos, please give us a chance to help you out. We have also added an online Customer Service Form you can fill out and submit. If you are planning to pick up or drop a firearm off at the Redmond facility, please make firm arrangements with the Fierce Staff in advance.

Mon-Thurs: 7:30 am-5:30 pm MST

Fridays: 7:30 am – 12:00 pm MST

Closed: Saturday & Sunday
